Terms of use
These terms cover this website. Buying and playing the games is governed by whichever store you got them from, not by this page.
Who runs this site
TXMSKA is Tomas, an independent developer in Argentina. Write to business@txmska.com, or use the contact form for support, a bug or a suggestion.
Using the site
You may read it, link to it, quote it with attribution and pass it on. You may take a screenshot, write about it, or use a paragraph of it in a review.
What you may not do: redistribute or resell the artwork, the footage, the code or the text; pass the work off as your own; use any of it to train a commercial model; or point automated traffic at the site, go looking for parts of it that are not published, or work around whatever protects them.
Who the work belongs to
The text, the images, the artwork, the video, the code, the names of the projects and the TXMSKA mark are mine unless the page they sit on says otherwise. The typefaces and the icons came from elsewhere and keep their own licences. Names and logos that belong to someone else are theirs.
Nothing is sold here
This site takes no payment and sells nothing. The links to Steam and to itch.io lead to those stores, where their terms, their refund policy and their consumer protections apply instead of these.
The previews
The pages under demo.txmska.com are demonstrations. Each one is an invented business, built to show what one of the packages looks like with the content a client would put in it. The businesses on them do not exist, nothing on them is for sale, and none of them is a product.
No warranty
The site is offered as it is. I try to keep it correct and reachable, but I do not guarantee that it is free of mistakes or that it will always be up. A devlog or a roadmap says what was intended when it was written; it is not a promise that the thing will ship.
Links to other sites
They are there for convenience. I do not run them and I am not answerable for what they show or for what they do with your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Argentina. If you are a consumer living somewhere else, you keep the protection the mandatory rules of your own country give you.
Changes
These terms can change, and the date at the top says when they last did. If you keep using the site after a change, the new version is the one that applies.
