Cookie notice
There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to ask about. The site can set two cookies, each one because somebody asked it to, and neither of them watches anyone.
The language you chose
Name: lang. It holds one word, en or es, and nothing else. It lasts a year, it is sent to this domain and to no other, and it is written only when you change the language from the header. Until you do, the site works out which language to answer in from what your browser asks for, and stores nothing.
The editor's session
Name: txmska_session. The site has an editor behind a password, and one person uses it to publish. Signing in writes this cookie, and nothing else does. It holds the time the session runs out and a signature over that time, made with a key only the server has: no name, no identifier, no record of anything you looked at. No script can read it, another site cannot make your browser send it along with a form or a background request, in production it only travels over HTTPS, and it expires after eight hours. Signing out deletes it. If you have never signed in, you have never had it.
There is no third
That is the whole list. No local storage, no session storage, no pixels, no beacons, no browser fingerprinting, no analytics, no advertising network, no embedded social widget, no chat bubble and no consent platform. The site is not allowed to load anything from another domain, so there is no third party here that could set a cookie in the first place.
Both are strictly necessary
Each one exists to do a thing somebody asked for: to keep reading in the language they picked, and to stay signed in to the editor. Neither measures anything, and neither follows anyone from one page to the next or from one site to another. That is why nothing on this site asks you to accept anything.
What your browser still does
Your browser keeps pages, images and fonts in its cache so the site opens faster next time. That is the browser doing its job rather than the site keeping something, and emptying the cache removes it.
If this changes
If something is added that needs more than these two, this page says so before it ships, and anything that is not strictly necessary asks first. What the contact form keeps is in the privacy notice. Anything else, write to business@txmska.com.
